On Saturday, June 1st, 2019, the Orphanage “The Good Samaritan” of Buye in Mwumba commune of Ngozi province, founded by Her Excellency Denise NKURUNZIZA,
She received assistance made of sugar, soaps, Pampers, biscuits, juices, etc., valued at five million Burundian francs, from the church of Zion Tempo Celebration Center in Burundi.
According to Bishop Laurent MUKWIZA, legal representative of the Church, the assistance entered within the framework of wanting to encourage and join the side of Her Excellency for her charitable spirit to the vulnerable, especially orphaned children and widows. For her part, and on behalf of the entire orphanage, Her Excellency Denise NKURUNZIZA warmly welcomed that help and was especially pleased with the
charity of the Zion Tempo Church. “This spirit should guide not only the member of the Church, but also all Burundians”, she hammered. She also said that the act of supporting the orphans is what should characterize all the churches, as it is written in the scriptures. She ended by wishing them a blessing from God.
